Go-pear under win

Hi all, I fucked up my pear install and wanted to install a fresh version. I have the following errors running 4.3.0 under NT4 The following output is from christian web installer 0.2.1 I'll try to have a look later today, meanwhile if somebody has an idea of what's going wrong...
