Reads:
"unparsed_entitry_decl_handler" => "unparsedHandler",
Correction. Should Read:
"unparsed_entity_decl_handler" => "unparsedHandler",
This is present in 4.3.0, and 4.2.3. Not sure if it's still there in
4.3.1 but I'll assume not since it was more concerned with a CGI mode
vunerability.
