Yes, but the definition of PEAR developer is:
"Any person who belong to the list" and not those persons who has a pear
account... Thats why I propose it in that way.
Before Net_IMAP, I was sending some patches to Net_SMTP and the Mail class and I
havn't a pear account. But I feel pear developer also.
I think It is not fair with all the people who is contributing to pear and does
not have a pear account. Do you agree?
