should be something like:
$this->protocol = 'http' . (isset($HTTP_SERVER_VARS['HTTPS']) ?
($HTTP_SERVER_VARS['HTTPS'] == 'on' ? 's' : '') :
'');
because you will receive warning there about invalid key 'HTTPS' if
you use it as it now.
*** line - 132
this line should be before line 130, because in this case
you will have an error in line 298
because when new instance of the class created and constructor method
starts, method _parseRawQuerystring() should know about
$this->useBrackets before it starts.
