This is somewhat misleading. LIMIT M,N syntax was deprecated in one of the
previous releases (and the M,N order was *different* from MySQL's one) in
favor of LIMIT M OFFSET N (available for *ages* in PostgreSQL and also
supported by MySQL).
In 7.3 the deprecated syntax was removed.
