This patch provides two things:
1) the assertEquals() didnt work on array, which had the same content,
but represented by different types. I added a mode which sets all
content within an array to string, so only the string representation
of the array content is compared. You can turn this on by calling
$this->setOption('looselyTyped',true);
in your test case. Examples can be found in DB_QueryTool
2) a HTML GUI-class which can also be used to test multiple Suites and
prepares the results (nicely).
