Outlook Express users should be able to send patches happily
if they associate .patch with text/plain, i. e. Explorer.exe
window -> Tools -> Folder Options -> File Types -> New
type in the extension ("patch"), select "Text Document" as the
Associated File Type (under Advanced), and you're done.
