Hi,
I've implemented about half of Alex Merz's suggestions, and would like to know if people find that output is closer to working.
Known issues:
-constants.xml is not linked yet
-if @param has a non-standard type, it does a &type.nonstandardtype; entity, which DocBook will complain about.
-haven't done the Note/Throw section thingies yet.
Otherwise, it should generate valid DocBook.
I leave town for about a month this Monday, and so any changes that are going to happen will happen before then, unless someone else wants to take up the ball while I'm gone.
