phpDocumentor update

Hi all, I've fixed a large number of bugs thanks to all of you who have been testing the cvs version. Thank you thank you. There are a very small nubmer of bugs remaining open. Last I checked, the peardoc2 converter seems to be doing what it should be, so let me know if that appearance is incorrect :) I just fixed a large number of issues with the simple list generation, @category tag, and the verified problems with the peardoc2 converter, except the lack of generation of a constants/globals.xml file. By the way, if anyone has enough javascript knowledge to know why clicking directly on a link calls the tab selection code in HTML:frames:phpedit, and clicking on a javascript-generated link in the dynamic left frame menu doesn't call the tab selection code, that would close the only verified open bug.
