Hello
First I would like to thank all of the contributors to
pear.
For business use, i needed to execute commands on a
remote host, but nothing about telnet has been created
in the pear project, so I wrote one.
Typically : telnets a host, logs in, executes a list of
commands when on the prompt;
Since you can wait for a string returned by the host to
give an answer, it is possible to do things like ftp,
cascading telnet etc ...
It is based on the the proc_open() php function, which
allow to read/write on pipes created by a function
executed by the system.
please tell me if it is interesting in the pear project
and if so, how to submit this class ?
