NEW package proposal: PHP Report

Hi all, So far I got a +1 and none -1, so i am going for a new round again. I use this class as a View in a php framework I developed. Its a reporting generator using Template classes. So far only PEAR_Template_IT and phplib template. Details are in the home page: http://www.i-node.com.br/report (Sorry if i upset you with the initial, off-topic splash in it, but think political times needs political actions). I'm proposing to contribuite this class to PEAR with the name HTML_Template_Report, but i am sure we can generate PDF report, or other formats, with a suitable 'drive' class, so the name in the future can become a little outdated. Anyway I am again asking your attention and votes. By the way, some help with the kind of license to use is welcome, since i sell systems with that class in it I dont want to get in trouble due to a missplaced license.
