Submission Proposal: NITF XML class

I've written an NITF parser that extends the XML_Parser class. An example and download of the class is available at: http://www.townnews.com/contrib/nitf-test.php The class works with most of the NITF 3.1 standard documents. The working NITF standard's documentation is publicly available at the following URL: http://www.nitf.org I'd like to contribute this class under the name 'XML_NITF', to go in the pear/XML/NITF.php directory.
