Time_Span update.

I've implemented setFromString() method (and added some static methods to change default input and output formats) so now I think is ready to be released (or at least to be fully tested :). I'm still having problems with CVS (I can't upload the files) so any help/guide would be apreciated. Comments/suggestins/testing of Time_Span would be nice too.
