PEAR meeting: irc server/channel?

I know there is a #pear on efnet, but due to the firewall rules we got in the institute, getting on efnet is a problem. I always have to hunt down for a efnet server that does not enforce the need for indentd to be responding. Could we use another irc network instead (e.g. irc.freenode.net)? If that is too much of a problem. Does anyone has a list of the efnet servers that does not require identd? There used to be one on efnet's site (IIRC), but now due to their redesign it is not longer there (as of 2003/04/02). Also, are the meeting times GMT or local time?, and exactly what is the date/time schedule for the meeting? Cheers. ===== --- Jesus M.
