Where to put Archive_Tar ?

I will commit the class Archive_Tar tomorrow in CVS. I will put it in pear/experimental, but where
exactly ?
pear/experimental/Archive/Tar.php
or
pear/experimental/Archive_Tar/Tar.php
My understanding of the rules (Stig presentation somewhere on the web) is that a class named
Archive_Tar should be in directory Archive/Tar, with file name Tar.php
I will also put a documentation file (plain text) in a sub-directory
pear/experimental/Archive/Tar/doc/
Please give me your advices ...
