As probably the class will be used by other core packages like the
installer, please use the php4/pear/Experimental instead. The first time
you need to checkout the entire tree:
cvs checkout php4
cd php4/pear/Experimental
"add" your files there and then "commit" them (as Archive/Tar.php and
Archive/docs/*).
