limitQuery must use the OFFSET parameter instead of COUNT offset, count
in pgsql. so correct would be:
function modifyLimitQuery($query, $from, $count)
{
$query = $query . " LIMIT $count OFFSET $from";
}
in DB/pgsql.php
Tested with postgresql 7.2.3
