Mika and Xavier are running build processes atm. A temporary measure would be to have a link to those builds.
A little bit of googling led me to them: http://www.dcc.uchile.cl/~xnoguer/peardoc2/ http://www.appelsiini.net/~tuupola/php/peardoc2/ I think it will be an *extremely* good idea to link to them from the manual's first page on pear.php.net
