I've used it once for a small project. I just needed some simple bold/italic markup tags, but your class provided a hell of a lot more. That was quite cool, actually. There's one minor annoyance: it's not installable with 'pear install'... It would be great if you can find some time to create a package.xml and release it. I'm not really sure if I will ever use it for a larger project, though. I've been thinking of using XML with an XSL stylesheet for more flexibility. For quick solutions however, your class is ideal.
