What would be the "standard" method of changing the default renderer,
I'm using a class that wraps QuickForm, and overrides defaultRenderer to
return a custom Default renderer, which has _elementTemplate and
_headerTemplate set in it, instead of the normal one, but I'm sure there
must be a less hacked way of doing it.
