I'm -1 on "install-all":
My main reason is that I simply don't see much point in installing
*everything* that is part of PEAR: One will for example end up having
10^6 different template engines or sth. similar, which makes no sense at
all.
The argument that having "install-all" is easier for provider isn't very
well chosen either: As a (mass) provider your main intention is to have
a good overview which kind of stuff runs on your machines. With
"install-all" you loose this overview.
