#23413 [NEW]: pear installation problem

From: marco dot busarello at bluemail dot ch Operating system: windows xp PHP version: 4.3.2RC1 PHP Bug Type: PEAR related Bug description: pear installation problem Hello i recently tried to install the Pear Package Manager on my system.
