The graphing feature on the package stats page is exhibiting unexpected
behaviour.
To reproduce go to:
http://pear.php.net/package-stats.php?pid=195&rid=&cid=19
and try to add an item to the graph, i.e. release 1.0.1 in green, the
form submits and goes to the overall stats page.
