Somthing like this
function getMonthNames(){

$months[$i] = strftime('%B', mktime(0, 0, 0, $i, 1, 2001));
}
return($months);
}
what are valid values for the locale setting I tried
setlocale(LC_ALL,"bg");
but it didn't work
