He can get my external ELSA 33.6TQV ( orginal price: $130, 1998 ), i don't need
it since i get T-DSL. ( really interesting, that a poor student can afford a
ADSL-connection at home ( not at university! ), while the maintainer of the
PHP-manual with a well paid job a modern modem to be given must.)
