#23678 [NEW]: pearweb username case inconsistancy

From: davey@php.net Operating system: N/A PHP version: 4.3.2RC3 PHP Bug Type: PEAR related Bug description: pearweb username case inconsistancy it seems there is a bug in pearweb, in that I can login as 'Davey' just fine, I can upload a new release (though didn't go so far as to try and release it as its an already released package), but I cannot edit my packages info, nor my user info unless I login as 'davey'.
