Well this was meant more as an idea ..
However you are right we should start to actually build up this qa-team.
I would recommend to basically hearing who wants to be part of the
official PEAR QA team. They should get an internal mailinglist where
they can discuss exactly how things are supposed to work.
This is opensource after all so a QA team cannot be driven by
individuals. So I hereby ask all interested people to step forward!
