PHP OO APIs

Hi, just wanted to tell you all that PHP will now use the PEAR CS for all OO API's exposed by PHP extensions. This will allow us to directly extend those objects instead of having to wrap them to conform to our CS. I think this is pretty big news for us as more and more ext will also provide OO interfaces. The necessary updates to the CODING STANDARD file are now in CVS.
