Pager.php class

Hello again and again :) Here is the DB Pager Class. I've made some documentation of it at: http://vulcanonet.com/soft/pager/ I think this is very needed for web programming (and sure also for the upcomming graphical programming), and I request from you to include it in Pear. It's fetures are: - Calculate all the info for doing paginated lists of query results. - Automatically fetch only the rows needed for the page you are viewing. - Pear style and error handling. - It can be used whitout declaring the object if you only want the data (Pager::getData(..)). - Documented!
