Hi,
Since I haven't found anything in PEAR, I was wondering
if there's an HTML select menu to chose the GMT offset
for each country, like the ones in many operating systems'
control panels?
If not, what's the best way to build one?
Should I use the array in Date_TimeZone?
Tnx
Lorenzo
