purpose
- to check IP of the user ( if uses proxy try to get the real ip)
- get host name
- validate IP
- check if uses proxy
I use it quite often so thought it could be usefull
I checked if there is package who does the stuff like this, but found only
Net_CheckIp
there is no problem of course with this package
