why is Console_Getopt in php4/pear and not in regular pear?

Hi, I understand why php4/pear is different from PEAR cvs, but I am confused as to why Console_Getopt is not in the nomral PEAR repository. Why not take it out of php4/pear and put in in pear/ and have a syncphp4 script like Archive_Tar? Greg
