Bogus, already submitted.
Stig and I (and others ;) known this issue. We are on it. For now,
spaces are not allowed in PEAR path. There are real BC issues with your
patch, I proposed the exact same thing and another solution with
addcslashes. BC was broken.
Please keep it as "bogus, already submitted"
