While playing with HTML_JS i noticed that IE6 expects a string without space
for the $title parameter (used in popupWrite and popUp methods.
It might be worth adding that to phpdoc comments.
At first i could not understand why it did not work under IE but worked
under mozilla. Can save the trouble for others i guess.
Note: microsft website does not mention that,
