You should be able to find this information in the package.xml file of
each package. This file is in the package root in CVS.
It should also be listed on the package homepage. However there were
some errors in the past, which might result in this listing to be
incomplete? (dunno if this was fixed actually)
However this information seems to be missing in both PEAR and DB :-/
I think php 4.0.4pl1 would be a good assumption iirc.
