I am not yet a committer, but already have a proposal (after contacting Sebasian and getting his agreement). Sebastian wants to port the heavyweight mock objects library for PHP5. An alternative lightweight implementation exists in the sourecforge "simpletest" framework and it already exists for PHP4.
