pear to phplib or phplib to pear

Ok with the merging of phplib and pear how will my scripts change. I have
a complete phplib based environment. Most of my scripts use at least part
of it's functionality. I have a majority of scripts that are already using
phplibs DB_Sql class. If I want to start using pear from hear on out what
would be the migration needs, changes necessary.
