Note: I wasn't logged in, but the PHP Notices shouldn't come...
after I logged in, it all worked, except when I submit a query.
Submitting works, but when I click on the back button (which goes to
http://pear.php.net/admin/package-maintainers.php)
I get:
Insufficient Privileges
