A few weeks ago Bjoern Schotte <bjoern@baer.main.de> began converting
the PHPLIB Template class to PEAR standards in order to integrate it
into the repository.
Since he personally does not have enough time to work on it right now
I finished converting the class. The current version is avaiable for
download and review at
http://www.martin-jansen.de/pear/template.tar.gz
The class name (currently HTML_Template) is not adapted to PEAR yet
but this will change before I finally commit it.
Currently I'm wondering where to put it into PEAR. My favourite is
pear/Template_PHPLIB. Is this ok?
