Ok, I couldn't possibly feel stupidder asking this question... I have postgre installed, and running... I remember setting a pw during installation, but I have no clue about a user... and I have a copy of phpPgAdmin in front of me and I'd like to logon, but I am somewhat at a standstill. I need to know how to either find out what the username I have is, or how to create a new one. Any help? Sorry, and thanks. - Stan Yavor Shahpasov wrote:
ftp://209.61.187.152/postgres/ Am quite happy with this, it is a naitive windows threaded implementation (or so they say, if it waint don't blame me), I would not recomend for production servers but it serves me good, it is much better than the cygwin binary I belive. I hope this helps . Yavor LIMBOURG Arnaud wrote:
I got my windows version from this mirror, but it's called a "proof of concept" but it worked fine for me. I don't use it for production though, I use a Linux version for that. http://ftp.iasi.roedu.net/mirrors/ftp.postgresql.org/binary/v7 .3.1/Windows/
It is alright to do development under windows, but for production, mm, well, you know :) Arnaud.
