Do you not have a shell account somewhere outside the firewall? Typically
you will be able to bounce off of your firewall itself. ie.
ssh -C -f kvn@firewall.kiev.ua -L 2401:cvs.php.net:2401 sleep 100000000
Now simply do:
cvs -d:pserver:kvn@localhost:/repository login
cvs -d:pserver:localhost:/repository co pear
Substitute firewall.kiev.ua for any external machine you have ssh access
to. Perhaps you could even use your sourceforge ssh access to do it. Not
sure on that one though.
