i know jpgraph, pear can be used in a commercial and free software,
jpgraph can be used only in free software, in you want to use in commercial
software, you have to pay the license!
I think that all developers want a graphic library to use without problem with the license.

Yes, the have an api to create the background, to set the grid,
there are only different method to create lines, bars

Now is possible to create a bar graph, but i finish the development of lines graph and are stable.
I think that is possibile to reneame everything in Images::Graph::Bar and Image::Graph::Line or
Graphs::Line and Graphs::Bar
