I haven't written it yet, I really wanted to ensure that it wasn't being done
already! Judging by the language of your reply, I assume it would be better
to resubmit my request when it is finished. Is this correct? Aside from the
PEAR coding standards and packing requirements, are there any other
fundamental standards I should keep to?
