Hi,
wouldnt it be useful to have a method for
manipulating the result set pointer in PEAR:DB?
Please correct me if i am wrong, but right now
you can do something like
$res->fetchRow($fetchmode, 0)) but this wont
solve it exactly.
Assume something like this:
SQL = "some sql"
RES = DO QUERY
while($row = RES->fetch) DO SOMETHING IN A LOOP
MOVE RES POINTER to 0
while($row = RES->fetch) DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN A LOOP
I cant see how to achieve this with the current PEAR:DB
in an elegant way...
I dont know all supported databases of course, but this
should be a feature each database is capable of or?
