Hi everyone,
I've decided to resubmit my proposal for HTML_CSS, a CSS generation class.
Last time I submitted it, it was completely ignored, except by Laurent, who
is using it in his projects (most notably HTML_SetupWizard)
Current capability:
* generates proper CSS
* allows for combining/inheriting properties from other declarations
* outputs to inline string, array, or text block (e.g., as a file)
Future plans:
* automatic browser recognition and compatability translation (or manual)
* XML definition document, including for various browsers
You can see the source and with some examples in phpdoc here:

A good example can be seen here:

http://www.geist.uni-freiburg.de/pear/CSS/example.phps
Combining HTML_CSS with HTML_Page, it is easy to write perfectly formatted
XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant code:

In addition, there are a 3 examples included in the package.
Comments/+1 welcome
