[RFC] Extra attribute for package.xml

Hey, I was thinking that perhaps we could update the code that handles dependencies to allow this: <deps>

    <dep type="pkg" rel="ge" version="0.0.1" href="http://pear.horde.org/Horde_VFS-0.0.1.tgz">Horde_VFS</dep>

</deps> And then if the dep isn't there you can tell them where to get it (and eventually if we automatically handle dependencies we know where to get the file :D) I'm not sure where dependencies is handled, if someone wants to point me to the code I'll see about hacking this in. I'd also like to try and hack in automatic depenendency resolution if no one objects. - Davey
