in the class HTML_Form v1.15
the xxxSelect-methods (should) have 8 parameters
unfortunately "displaySelectRow" and "returnSelectRow"
only work with 7 parameters, so the last parameter
"attrib" is not passed on, so you never get to
see additional attributes :-)
