I don't know if my windows and/or pear install is borked. But when i run
pear list-upgrades or pear upgrade-all, PHP generates an error (i haven't
looked at the log, i don't even remember where windows NT4 puts it).
If nobody else reports this error then it is probably my install which is
borked.
A pear upgrade PEAR worked well though.
