These lists are dedicated to PEAR usage (pear usage) and development
(peardev). Your question has nothing to do with pear. Post
your questions to php-db list.
And do not crosspost, it's annoyed and useless.

ps: it seems you did not define an user and/or the default user is not
set. At least you do not add localhost to the allowed host
