Bug description: missing increment in configure_options generation of PEAR_Common::xmlFromInfo()
Description:

This is a really minor bug, as it only affects error output. The variable
$i is used to display which configure option has an error, if any, and is
never incremented, so errors will always display as occurring in the first
configure option.
